Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • 1½ cups mashed banana

  • 2 large eggs

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Lightly grease a loaf tin.
