Le Café Louis Vuitton at LV The Place Bangkok welcomes summer with the launch of its first savoury offerings, alongside a new seasonal dessert menu, available from April through June.
The highlights include the BKK Lobster Caviar Roll, a combination of premium lobster and caviar accented with yuzu ponzu, inspired by Le Café Louis Vuitton New York's Lobster Roll on 5th Avenue, which will also be available.
Club Pont Neuf.
The Wagyu Sliders feature a tender 45g Wagyu patty with truffle mayonnaise, nestled in a branded bun, while the Smoked Salmon Sandwich is finished with Comté cheese and bergamot oil.
The selection also includes worldwide classics such as the Club Pont Neuf with turkey, ham and mayonnaise, alongside favourites like the Croque Louis, made with Paris ham, truffle béchamel sauce and Gruyère cheese, available in a vegetarian version.
Even the accompaniments receive the maison's signature touch, with crisp Monogram Flower Chips freshly made from Agria potatoes. These savoury creations will remain a permanent feature on the menu. The seasonal offerings feature a selection of desserts inspired by the essence of a sun-drenched getaway.
Croque Louis & Roasted Vegetable Croque.
The Pandan Phuket Pineapple Petula combines delicate pandan ganache and rice pudding with acidity of roasted pineapple and kaffir lime with a touch of lemongrass gel and a crisp hazelnut biscuit.
The Melon Parfait features layers of fresh melon, vanilla ganache and almond crumble, perfectly balanced by unexpected notes of holy basil oil, elderflower and lemon caviar.
