Gone are the days of watery soup bases that play second fiddle to the meat and vegetables! At Bon Broth, every pot is simmered and crafted with the same precision used for fine French sauces, resulting in an experience that makes every sip as memorable as every bite!

Each pot at Bon Broth is made fresh upon order, starting with a fragrant mirepoix base that’s sautéed carefully before the infusion of Chef Chiang’s signature spice paste. The real magic, though, happens in the bouillon – a painstakingly crafted base that takes 12 to 16 hours to brew, using only pure fish, beef, pork, or chicken bones.

All these steps create a broth so rich and nourishing that condiments become obsolete, so you won’t have to drown your soup in sauces just to make it more palatable! And with various broth options – which include the Sichuan Green Pepper (Signature), Satay (Sha Cha), Mala, Sauerkraut, Hokkaido, Laksa, Herbal, and Suki flavours – you’re sure to find one that entices your tastebuds.
