Royal Enfield has opened Philippine registration for the limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts, with only one individually numbered motorcycle allocated to the local market.

Priced at PHP612,000, the motorcycle will be offered through an exclusive online drop on July 29, 2026, at 5 p.m. Interested buyers must register through the dedicated Royal Enfield website before the sale.

Inspired by the Caliber Royale

The limited edition draws from the Caliber Royale, a bespoke Shotgun 650 created by custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts. First shown at EICMA 2025 and later at Motoverse 2025, the custom build featured stretched proportions, a signature fairing, handcrafted finishes, gold-leaf accents, and subtle frame modifications.

Royal Enfield and Rough Crafts adapted that design language into a production model while retaining the Shotgun 650’s muscular stance and modular, customization-focused character.

“An elegant new expression of the Shotgun 650’s custom-first philosophy, this latest edition carries a distinctive design language inspired by the Caliber Royale custom build, aligning perfectly with Rough Crafts’ signature black and gold aesthetic,” said Adrian John Sellers, head of Custom and Motorsports at Royal Enfield.

Black, gold, and individually numbered

The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts combines Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black finishes with a Gold Leaf stripe and subtle gray accents across the body panels. Each motorcycle also carries its limited-edition number on the fuel tank, along with a cast-brass collaboration badge based on the emblem used on the original Caliber Royale.

Other details include black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels, and gold-finished fork inner tubes. The owner will also receive a numbered gold-on-black artwork featuring a Caliber Royale design sketch signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh.

The Philippine unit forms part of a small global production run, with 25 motorcycles allocated to each of the India, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North American markets.

Registrations are open until July 29 through the official Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts page.
