The announcement was revealed on the afternoon of November 20 through a handwritten letter uploaded to his official fan café. In his message, Woo-bin expressed his gratitude and chose to inform supporters himself first, writing, “Today, I wanted to be the first to share this news with all of you, our beloved fans, who have always given me endless love and support despite my shortcomings.”
