Are Derrick Monasterio and Elle Villanueva already thinking about marriage?
The actors play a married couple with children on the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series, "Apoy Sa Dugo," but are they ready to bring this into real life?
Derrick told journalists following the media conference that they are not yet getting married because of their work obligations. However, Derrick said that Elle is the one for him.
"'Pag nakita mo na, 'di mo na papakawalan. Like, hindi ko kaya na wala siya sa buhay ko for five minutes. Lagi ko siya hinahanap. Kasi 'pag kasama mo siya, sa kanya na umiikot 'yung mundo mo eh, hindi ka na ma-di-distract."
Elle likewise said that she is not ready to be Mrs. Monasterio.
"Gusto ko pa ng more achievement," she said. "May contentment na 'ko sa life, but then, I feel like I want to do more [sa career] before I settle."
"Malalaman mo naman when is the right time. I don't wanna dictate kasi ikaw din 'yung ma-pe-pressure 'di ba."
Derrick added that they already have talks about their future.
"Kung ano gusto niyang design ng bahay. Ako, gusto ko, beach wedding. Sinasabi ko rin sa kanya 'yun, gusto niya rin 'yun," he said.
