Beckham earns a fortune

According to The Sun, Beckham's company earned a staggering £73m in consolidated revenue, which saw an increase of 1 per cent from the figure that was calculated the year before. The rise in revenue happened primarily after Beckham went from face to founder, which led to several more behind-the-scenes deals.

DRJB Holdings, the umbrella company for all of Beckham's businesses, saw an increase of 24 per cent in its consolidated earnings, which stands at £35m ($47m). This increase in profit is due to successful deals with Boss menswear and a license agreement with Safilo eyewear. Some of the other partnerships of his firm include deals with Bowers & Wilkins, Stella Artois, and Shark Ninja.

'He really enjoys the boardroom machinations'

On Beckham's success in the business world, a source told The Sun: "David is still an incredibly sought-after face for campaigns but he’s matured into an incredibly impressive and canny businessman, too. He really enjoys the boardroom machinations and whilst he looks as incredible as ever, probably won’t want to be on billboards in his pants forever. Six years after setting up his own brand management operation, he is more hands-on than ever. Right now he’s at a really exciting next stage of evolution, and loves getting involved with new projects."
