The technology is being hailed as a potential game-changer for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr’s ambitious 2.5 million housing goal under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pamilyang Pilipino (4PH) program.

Romeo G. Jalosjos Realty (RGJ) President Benjamin Jalosjos revealed that the pre-fabricated modular system, sourced from China and being used for the first time in the Philippines, is designed to fast-track vertical construction without sacrificing structural integrity.

“Holon Technology is the fastest way to build condominiums with construction integrity,” Jalosjos said, noting that traditional methods can take years, while this new technology slashed the timeline to just over a week, despite challenging weather conditions in Sta. Ana.

Engineer Bonifacio Potoy Jr., who oversees the project, explained that the technology uses titanium stainless steel components to create durable and efficient structures. Jalosjos emphasized that Holon could make President Marcos’ housing dream a reality.

“If the government adopts this technology, we can lower costs and speed up the construction of the 2.5 million homes needed,” Jalosjos added.

While transportation logistics in remote areas like Mindanao posed challenges, Jalosjos affirmed that they found ways to make it work, ensuring the success of their pioneering project.
