- 1 cup yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for vegans )
- Double shot espresso
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste )
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight
- Sprinkle cacao powder
