1. Boiled eggs and avocado

Whenever you decide to have breakfast, have this combo paired with green tea, Packed with proteins and healthy fats, this meal will ensure that you’re filled and energised, You can add pepper to your eggs for that extra spice.

2. Fish pepper soup and unripe plantain

Packed with protein, high in fiber and low in sugar, add this amazing combo to incorporate into your weight loss journey.

3. Yoghurt bowl

Ensure its Greek yogurt, apples, groundnut and grapes. Perfect as a breakfast/ dinner or snack option.

4. Oat swallow and melon soup
