MANILA, Philippines — South Korean stars Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin are officially heading down the aisle next month, their agency confirmed Thursday.

AM Entertainment shared the news in a statement on Nov. 20, announcing that the longtime pair will wed in a private ceremony on Dec. 20 in Seoul.

“We would like to share some happy news about our actors Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin. Based on the deep trust they have built over their long relationship, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin promised to become each other’s lifelong partners,” AM Entertainment said in a statement as translated by Soompi.com.

“Their wedding will be held privately on December 20 in Seoul with both families, relatives, and close friends in attendance. We ask for your warm support and blessings for the couple as they make this precious life decision. Both will remain dedicated to their work as actors and will strive to repay the love you have shown them. Thank you,” the agency added.

The announcement comes nearly 10 years after the two stars first confirmed their relationship publicly in 2015. The couple’s romance began earlier that year when they teamed up as models for clothing brand Giordano. Their chemistry during a commercial shoot reportedly sparked their interest in each other.

By May 2015, the pair had “officially started to meet,” according to reports at the time. Two months later, Korean media outlet Dispatch published photos of the two together, prompting both agencies to confirm they were dating.

Since then, the actors have been widely admired for maintaining a steady, low-profile relationship even as their careers flourished.

Shin Min Ah is best known for her hit projects such as “My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho” (2010), “Oh My Venus” (2015), “Tomorrow, With You” (2017) and “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” (2021), while Kim Woo Bin is known for works such as “A Gentleman’s Dignity” (2012), “School 2013” (2012–2013), “The Heirs” (2013) and “Our Blues” (2022).
