
ACTION-PACKED weekend of the 2025 Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup witnessed racers blitzed their way to the finish line.
Racers conquered the Villar City city track in Bacoor, Cavite, for the first time last May 24 to 25, and gave car enthusiasts a show as their engines roared.
Luigi Augustin Co topped the Legacy Class, beating former senator JV Ejercito and Andre Rogrigues, who finished second and third place, respectively.
The Novice class witnessed Pablo Salapantan rush to the finish line first, while Ian Magbanua and John Rey San Diego clinched silver and bronze, respectively.
Russel Reyes beat out Jesse Garcia and Bernardus Corpino in the track in the Sporting Class. For the Novice Class (Sprint Race 5), Reph Bangsil sprinted first, as Luis Moreno trailed behind, while Toyota Philippines Motorsports President Masando Hashimoto completed the podium.
The Sprint Race 4- Super Sporting Class saw Joaquin Garrido show his proficiency in the wheels as Russel Cabrera (second) and Red Diwa (third) fought for a podium finish.
Raymond Cudala overcame a slight hurdle in the Sporting Class to place first, while Bernardus Corpino and Mike Santos clinched the silver and bronze, respectively.
A festive weekend featuring OPM artists Parokya Ni Edgar, Rico Blanco, Ely Buendia and Bamboo delighted the crowd.
