Jacob Elordi is likely too busy these days to play a ton of video games, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t played his fair share. However, his favorite is the generic pick you’d hear from a lot of other young actors.

During a recent appearance on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast, Elordi was asked what his favorite video game of all time was. He answered with “Kingdom Hearts.”

The first “Kingdom Hearts” game came out in 2002 when Elordi would’ve been around five years old, so that was likely one of the first games he played. The “Kingdom Hearts” franchise started off as kind of a gonzo merging of Disney IP and “Final Fantasy.” However, over time, the franchise became its own beast.

There have only been three games in the main series, with “Kingdom Hearts III” coming out in 2019. “Kingdom Hearts IV” is currently in development, so it should be out in the next couple of years.

What’s not clear is how deep Elordi’s “Kingdom Hearts” fandom goes. Many die-hard “Kingdom Hearts” fans would point to the second game as being the franchise’s best installment. Regardless, many are excited to see Elordi pick something that isn’t an obvious pick for many celebrities, like “Fortnite,” “Mario,” “Call of Duty,” etc.
