A farmer has gone viral after sharing the hilarious moment his dog got her revenge by locking him out of his car, and there wasn’t a hint of remorse on her face.

Kory Kidwell, 29, is a farmer based in Kentucky who is often accompanied by his border collie mix, named Bruce. Indeed, Bruce loves going to visit the animals on the farm, especially the cows, but on this occasion, Kidwell deemed it too cold to take her out to the barn.

Instead, he went to tend to the cows alone, leaving Bruce in the car by herself. That decision didn’t go down too well with the dog, as Kidwell told Newsweek that she “was mad at [him]” because he didn’t let her see the cows that day.

“She is a very loyal and a hyper dog and she loves going to the barn to help me feed and work the cows,” Kidwell said.

Bruce didn’t waste any time in enacting her revenge while she waited inside the warm car. Once her owner was in the barn, she pushed a button to lock the car from within, leaving Kidwell stuck outside. As it was February, it was freezing cold and he simply had no choice but to wait it out.

Kidwell shared a hilarious video online showing the moment he discovered that Bruce had locked him out, and her facial expression said it all. He shared the video on TikTok (@kcc42526) showing just how pleased Bruce looked with the accomplishment.

The video shows the border collie mix staring at her own from the comfort of the passenger seat, showing no signs of regret. In fact, she could even be seen wagging her tail and looking away from Kidwell.

Internet users can’t get enough of Bruce’s antics, and the video has gone viral with over 129,900 views and more than 19,500 likes on TikTok at the time of writing.

“I was locked out of my truck for about 10 minutes until my wife came and brought me my spare key,” Kidwell told Newsweek. “I rectified it by giving Bruce a dog biscuit. The reactions I’ve been getting to the video are mostly positive ones, with many people even saying the same thing has happened to them too in the past.”

In the weeks since the clip went viral, thousands of TikTok users took to the comments to laud Bruce’s accidental mishap (that she certainly didn’t feel bad about whatsoever). This has led to more than 1,700 comments on the TikTok post so far.

One comment reads: “She tired of you leaving her in the truck and now she has the power! Her tail says it all! She not guilty, she happy!”

Another TikTok user wrote: “The way she’s eyeing you, so funny.”

Another person joked: “she remembers that pup cup she never got last week.”

While one commenter replied: “by way of the tail wagging, I don’t feel this was an accident.”
