The beef between Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Green Bay Packers superstar pass rusher Micah Parsons has gotten even more intense over the last couple of days.

Parsons took to social media to throw a clear shot at Jones. When arguing openly with Dallas media, he took to X and shared a very pointed message aimed at Jones.

“Y’all want me to feel bad? Jerry Jones slandered my name to Cowboys media and national media for months,” Parsons wrote. “So I do think I can react to comment if I want to!”

After that message went out, everyone was waiting to see whether or not Jones would respond.

It didn’t take long for that response to made. Jones responded with a subtle shot aimed back at Parsons.

“I wish Micah the very best,” Jones said. “I’d love to have Micah on the team. But we just couldn’t afford him. We wanted 4-5 players more than we did him. But he’s outstanding. I understand his sensitivity and can even understand these comments.

Obviously, the shot from Jones had to do with the “sensitivity” comment made at Parsons.

Recently, another former Cowboys player also parted ways with Dallas and went to the Packers. Trevon Diggs was released by Dallas and was quickly claimed by Green Bay. That led to the back-and-forth between Parsons and the Dallas media.

Parsons enjoyed a very successful season in his first year with the Packers. Unfortunately, he saw the year come to an end prematurely due to a torn ACL.

Throughout the course of the 2025 NFL season, Parsons played in 14 games with the Packers. He racked up 41 total tackles to go along with 12.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and a defended pass. Those numbers showed the pace that he was on for the rest of the season.

Needless to say, the beef between Parsons and Jones is far from over. The two are clearly still at odds after the superstar’s departure from the Cowboys. It will be interesting to see how the move ends up playing out in coming years.
