MANILA, Philippines — Heart Evangelista found a "sister" in a recent Bar passer who happens to be the child of a high profile lawyer.
Heart revealed her recent exchange with Gabriel Divina, the son of University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law Dean Nilo Divina. The elder Divina is the founder and managing partner of Divina Law Office.
“Technically, it’s not a joke when I say ‘SISTERS!’ when I talk about Heart Evangelista because the one time I met her, her immediate response to me was ‘mukha tayong mag-kapatid!’” Gabriel wrote on his X account.
“She’s so funny and sweet,” he added.
Gabriel also defended Heart from her detractors.
According to him, if Mimiyuuuh, a content creator and influencer like Heart, can afford to buy assets like a house and a car, expensive items like Hermes and Chanel bags and many others, then surely Heart can do the same.
“Keep in mind, Mimiyuuuh is also an endorser and influencer just like Heart Evangelista, and despite growing up from poverty and being the breadwinner, she’s now able to afford two houses, a Makati condo, several cars, Hermes and Chanel bags, and more,” he said.
“What makes y’all think Heart Evangelista can’t afford all her luxuries and more?!” he added.
Just like Heart, Gabriel said he is planning to buy luxury items now that he is a Bar passer.
“Since I passed the 2025 Bar exams, I have more excuse now to buy more Saint Laurent suits hehehehehe," he said.
