MANILA, Philippines — Another girl group influenced Rochelle Pangilinan to push for SexBomb Girls' reunion show.
The leader of the SexBomb Girls revealed that it was her daughter's love for girl group BINI that fueled her desire to mount their first reunion show last December.
Nag-yabang ako, sabi ko, 'You know what 'nak? I'm the leader before ng isang girl group,'” Rochelle told Karen Davila.
Rochelle was the latest to guest on Davila's YouTube channel.
“Sabi ng anak ko, 'You will never be BINI, mom!'
She recalled her conversation with her husband, actor Arthur Solinap, regarding their daughter's remark.
Rochelle laughed.
Rochelle then said that her daughter was super proud of her after she watched their first concert last December.
“Nong unang concert namin, talon siya ng talon at ramdam ko na sobrang proud niya talaga,” she said.
