MANILA, PhilippinesBillie Eilish was a picture of a successful Belieber as she ascended the stage from the massive crowd of Justin Bieber’s second show at this year’s Coachella.

The Canadian pop star returned to the festival’s main stage on Sunday (Manila time), performing a mix of old and new hits.

Justin performed songs from his recent releases and later shifted into a nostalgic set featuring early YouTube-era tracks.

He opened with “One Time” and also sang “Baby,” just like in the first week.

The crowd went wild when the camera panned to the audience and showed a figure in a purple jacket climbing toward the stage.

The fan turned out to be a familiar figure — the self-confessed Belieber and Grammy-winning artist Billie.

Billie was visibly emotional and happy as she hugged her longtime idol until since she was 12 years old as Justin sang one of his most requested songs, “One Less Lonely Girl.”

The throwback set went on with a succession of stars joining Justin onstage.

Big Sean joined Justin for the hit songs “As Long As You Love Me” and “No Pressure.”

SZA appeared near the end of the set to jam with Bieber for an acoustic cover of her hit “Snooze.”

Justin ended his nearly two-hour set with another hit, “Daisies,” released last year from his seventh studio album, “Swag.”
