MANILA, Philippines — Level up your breakfast with this delicious and fun-to-make corned beef recipe.

A fusion of Filipino and Japanese flavors, this dish is the Japanese version of an omelet that features savory Purefoods Star Corned Beef stir-fried with veggies and rice and wrapped in a soft, crepe-like omelet.

Topped with a drizzle of sweet catsup and creamy mayonnaise, it is the perfect balance of comfort and creativity, as it plays with bold and vibrant flavors as well as smooth and rough textures.

Great for kids and adults alike, this recipe yields five hearty servings — ideal for quick meals or packed lunches and not just for breakfast.
