MANILA, Philippines — Actress Liza Soberano has no regrets accomplishing the hectic yet fulfilling tasks of being a dog mom to her Samoyed Yuna.
Liza was back in the Philippines last February 6 doing brand ambassador duties for pet wellness brand Dr. Shiba which unveiled its new product Kind Kibble for dogs.
In an interview with Philstar.com, Liza started out by saying her life has been more stressful since becoming a pet owner.
"It's only now that I feel the full weight of the responsibilties because I'm finally by myself, actually doing it all alone," Liza said, admitting it is a lot of work.
Still, Liza finds being a dog owner fulfilling, pointing out Yuna takes up 40% of the actress' day as she prepares her food, walks her twice a day, and washes her feet each time.
"It's a lot but I'm honestly so happy, it keeps me occupied," she added.
Liza later told Philstar.com that flying Yuna to Los Angeles was tough, as was house-training her again in a different environment.
"She started going everywhere in the house for the first few weeks so I was cleaning after her every day... fun," Liza laughed.
