“Our research reveals that sellers are already leveraging key AI-driven solutions on Lazada – such as product listing optimization, translations, a dedicated AI assistant – to enhance their efficiency, validating our continuous investments into cutting-edge AI innovations and advanced tools that streamline e-commerce operations and drive competitiveness,” said Castro.
To further assist sellers, Lazada has also been developing new generative AI tools to supercharge their retail. One is the AI Smart Product Optimization tool, which can share recommendations on product copy, photos, and even enable virtual try-ons. Another is AI-Powered Translations, which lets sellers feature their products in a country’s native language. Finally, there’s Lazzie Seller, a dedicated AI assistant that helps with customer inquiries, quick navigation, and store risk assessments.
