Hilton Hotels' iftar buffet brings culinary excellence and togetherness this Ramadan

KUALA LUMPUR - As Ramadan approaches, Hilton Hotels across Malaysia are gearing up to offer a unique dining experience under the theme "Nikmati Sajian, Eratkan Jalinan."

The campaign aims to bring people together through meaningful iftar gatherings while indulging in exquisite culinary delights.

Hilton embraces this spirit by curating special dining experiences that not only tantalise the taste buds but also foster relationships between family, friends and colleagues.

Guests can look forward to an array of signature dishes, from slow-cooked meats to fresh seafood, traditional Malay cuisine and indulgent desserts.

Each participating Hilton hotel has designed its own unique Ramadan buffet, showcasing traditional and contemporary dishes prepared by talented chefs to ensure a truly memorable iftar experience.

Vasco’s presents a premium spread curated by Executive Sous Chef Ridzwan Rasit who specialises in authentic Malay cuisine as well as modern Malay and fushion operations. The team of chefs showcases a collection of signature dishes with a blend of traditional flavours with modern techniques, using premium ingredients.
