You can store the batter for 2 days in an airtight container to prevent it from drying and absorbing odours from the fridge.

Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the bowl and mix well. Add the boiled sweet corn kernels to the bowl with the prepared vegetables and spices. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and garnish with chopped coriander leaves, toss gently, and it is ready to serve
