ONE CLICK STRAIGHT drops “Trip Lang” featuring Raymund Marasigan, a single embracing the spirit of “Kanya-kanyang trip”

Manila, Philippines — Alternative pop band ONE CLICK STRAIGHT (OCS) teams up with OPM legend Raymund Marasigan for their newest single, “Trip Lang,” a track that celebrates spontaneity, self-expression, and doing things simply for the joy of it.
“Trip Lang” is a song about peace, love, and embracing everything that feels good and genuine. It serves as a reminder that, no matter where we come from, we are all fundamentally the same—and that our differences are meant to be acknowledged, respected, and celebrated. At its core, it encourages moving through life with ease, authenticity, and an open mind.
Reflecting this carefree spirit, OCS embraces the idea of doing things simply for the joy of it—especially in a time when hobbies are often turned into hustle. When asked about their personal “trip lang” bucket list, the band playfully shared a mix of fun and out-of-this-world dreams: kumain ng “Frankies garlic parmesan chicken wings, maglaro sa NBA, mag-drive ng tanke sa EDSA, at gumawa ng statue nilang apat sa moon”.
The collaboration with Raymund Marasigan adds a meaningful layer to the track. Widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the Philippine music scene, Marasigan’s involvement was both exciting and humbling for the band.
“Honestly, it’s a bit surreal to have Kuya Rayms on the track,” OCS shares. “We look up to him and truly respect his legacy. One of our favorite memories was just listening to his stories—ang daming ‘ah, ganon pala yun’ moments. We learned so much about how the scene has evolved. Plus, ang sarap ng merienda sa Remuda Triangle!”
“Trip Lang” not only bridges generations of OPM artists but also reinforces a shared message: sometimes, the best things come from simply going with the flow.
