Toyota Vios On-the-road Price
Toyota Vios offers great deals in August 2026.
The Toyota Vios, currently priced from 458-545 million VND, will see a price reduction of up to 54.5 million VND, equivalent to 100% of the registration fee, in August.
Specifically, the Toyota Vios G-CVT has been reduced by up to 54.5 million VND; the Toyota Vios E-CVT by 49 million VND; and the Toyota Vios E-MT by up to 46 million VND. Thus, after the reduction, the Toyota Vios is cheaper than both the Hyundai Grand i10 sedan 1.2 AT (Special) and hatchback 1.2 AT (Special) versions, priced at 435 and 455 million VND respectively, and cheaper than the Kia New Morning GT-Line, which is listed at 469 million VND.
In the first six months of 2026, the Toyota Vios sold 4,549 units, absolutely dominating the B-segment sedan market. Meanwhile, the Honda City achieved sales of 3,522 units, the Mazda 2 2,592 units, and the Hyundai Accent 2,086 units.
Despite dominating the segment with impressive sales figures, the Toyota Vios is now facing strong competition from electric vehicles, which are extremely popular with customers seeking service.
Besides the purchase price of a Toyota Vios, customers will also have to pay various taxes and fees (depending on the province/city) to get the car on the road. Hanoi has the highest registration tax (12%), the highest license plate fee (20 million VND), while Ho Chi Minh City also charges 20 million VND, and other provinces/cities only charge 1 million VND for license plates.
