Under interim manager Carrick, Manchester United , despite high spirits, were unable to secure their fifth consecutive victory. Instead, they had to wait until the sixth minute of added time to earn a 1-1 draw against West Ham, thanks to a goal from Sesko, who came on as a substitute for Cunha in the 69th minute.

This is the second time in 10 days that Sesko has scored a crucial late goal for MU. Prior to this, the 22-year-old scored another memorable goal, helping the Red Devils defeat Fulham 3-2.

Thus, Sesko has scored 5 goals in his last 6 appearances for MU (2 of which he started).

In the away match against West Ham early this morning (February 11th), Carrick made the right decision, bringing on the Slovenian star to replace Cunha, and MU was 'rescued' in the final seconds.

While Cunha, in his 69 minutes on the pitch, failed to register a single shot, make any decisive passes, or deliver any crosses, winning only 1 out of 3 duels, as soon as Sesko came on, MU's attack improved, with 2 shots on target, including the equalizer.

Sesko showed intelligent situational awareness and a strong desire to play. It's argued that Carrick needs to make immediate changes to Manchester United's attack, dropping Cunha (who is now a super-sub like before Dorgu's injury) and giving Sesko a starting place because he deserves it.

MU's next Premier League match is an away game against Everton (3 AM on February 24th), and fans would surely want to see the same changes as mentioned above.
