How to make tiramisu from yogurt and cookies without an oven

Step 1: Dissolve the coffee in hot water.

Step 2: Separate the egg yolks and egg whites into bowls. Place the bowl containing the egg yolks and sugar over a pot of freshly boiled water and whisk until fluffy.

Repeat this process with the sugar and egg whites. This method helps to cook both the egg yolks and egg whites while whisking.

Step 3: Add Mascarpone and continue whisking until a stiff peak forms when you lift the whisk, then stop.

Step 5: Mix all three mixtures—egg whites, egg yolks, and whipped cream—together and stir well.

Step 6: Dip each Sampa biscuit into the instant coffee from step 1, then arrange them one by one in the mold, covering one side completely.

Step 7: Spread about half of the cream layer made in step 5 on top of the Sampa cake. Alternate between a layer of cake and a layer of cream, repeating this process for about 3-4 layers.

Note that the top layer is cream, making it easier to decorate the cake and make it more visually appealing.

Step 8: After refrigerating for 3 to 5 hours, take the cake out and sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder on top to finish.

Tips for making soft, fluffy, and delicious cakes

You should let the Mascarpone cheese come to completely warm before whipping it, and don't whip it for too long, otherwise the cream will separate, making the cake less delicious.

When dipping Samba biscuits into the coffee and liqueur mixture, you need to do it quickly. If you soak them for too long, the biscuits will become soggy and alter the texture of the tiramisu.

Once made, tiramisu should be wrapped tightly and stored in the refrigerator to allow time for it to set, which will make the dessert taste better.
