The Children's Prison in Da Lat (Ho Xuan Huong Street, Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat) was recognized as a National Monument in 2009.
In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, the Da Lat Children's Prison became more bustling, not only with visitors touring the historical site but also with many people coming to admire the large cherry blossom tree in full bloom in the grounds.
The cherry blossoms at the Da Lat Children's Prison National Monument are in their most beautiful bloom, with dense clusters of flowers spreading out, painting a large area of the prison courtyard pink.
Because the tree was leaning quite far, the management unit had to use three iron stakes to support it and prevent it from falling over.
According to staff at the historical site, over the past week, hundreds of locals and tourists from all over have flocked here every day to take photos with this cherry blossom tree. Visitors only need to buy a ticket for 15,000 VND to visit the National Historical Site and enjoy taking pictures with the "super hot" cherry blossom tree of Da Lat.
Beside the Da Lat Children's Prison, there are dozens of other cherry blossom trees in bloom. Although not as beautiful as the large cherry blossom tree at the main gate, they offer many beautiful photo opportunities. There are also many photographers here to serve visitors who come to check in.
