Al Ahli, a club that plays in the Saudi Pro League, are said to be preparing an unprecedented offer for the Real Madrid star.
Vinicius is being courted by SPL giants.
According to Fichajes , the AFC Champions League Elite champions are ready to offer Vinicius a five-season deal worth €1 billion. According to transfer expert Ekrem Konur, the Saudi Pro League side want to make the Brazilian star the highest-paid player on the planet, with an income of around €250 million a year, including bonuses.
This bold move comes amid a deadlock in the contract renewal negotiations between Vinicius and Real Madrid. The 2000-born player demands a net salary of nearly 30 million euros per season, along with many bonuses and “symbolic” recognition in Real Madrid’s sports project. However, the club is concerned that breaking the salary cap could cause financial imbalance.
The situation became more complicated when it emerged that Vinicius no longer trusted coach Xabi Alonso. Many sources said that the Brazilian striker told the leadership that he would not sign a contract extension if Alonso remained in charge, because he felt his role was reduced and the current tactical system was not suitable.
Real Madrid still prioritize keeping Vinicius but are preparing other options: if negotiations do not progress, they will consider letting him go for a minimum fee of 150 million euros. Meanwhile, Al Ahli are quietly preparing a decisive "attack" in 2026 or even earlier. PSG and Manchester United are also watching closely, but neither team can compete financially with their rivals in Saudi Arabia.
