According to a sales consultant at the dealership, the 2026 Lexus ES will be priced between 2.36 and 3.14 billion VND and will officially go on sale in August 2026.
Starting in February 2026, Lexus dealerships in Vietnam began accepting deposits for the new generation 2026 ES luxury sedan. The launch date for this model in the Vietnamese market has now been revealed. According to sales consultants at dealerships, the new generation Lexus ES will officially launch in Vietnam in August 2026.
Initial information indicates that the 2026 Lexus ES luxury sedan will come in three versions: 350h Premium Hybrid, 350h Luxury Hybrid, and 500e. Of these, the two 350h versions are hybrids. The 500e version will be fully electric and will be available in Vietnam for the first time.
In terms of appearance, the 2026 ES features significant changes in design and equipment. The highlight of the exterior is the spindle-shaped grille painted in the same color as the body. Hybrid versions will have a narrower grille to improve cooling, while the all-electric version will have a more minimalist front end with a closed grille.
Furthermore, the 2026 Lexus ES features a two-tiered headlight system with L-shaped LED daytime running lights at the top and the main headlights below. Regardless of the version, the car has a wide central air intake on the front bumper with diamond-shaped decorative details on either side.
The side profile of the Lexus ES is quite sleek, with a sloping roofline and sharp creases. The rear features a fastback design and slim, connected LED taillights, incorporating the word "Lexus" instead of the company logo.
The car boasts a wheelbase increased by 78.7 mm to 2,948 mm, and the overall length increased from 4,975 mm to 5,138 mm, nearly matching its larger sibling, the LS. The width also increased by 53 mm, while the height also rose slightly. The new ES also switches to a multi-link rear suspension system from the strut-type setup.
Stepping inside the 2026 Lexus ES, users will find notable features such as a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a customizable 14-inch infotainment screen with shortcuts, an optional 17-speaker Mark Levinson surround sound system, "Hidden Switches" touch buttons that only appear on the dashboard when the car starts, and reclining/folding rear seats.
Initial information indicates that the 2026 Lexus ES luxury sedan in Vietnam will have three versions: 350h Premium Hybrid, 350h Luxury Hybrid, and 500e. Of these, the two 350h versions are hybrid vehicles. The 500e version will be fully electric and will be available in Vietnam for the first time.
According to information from Lexus dealerships in Vietnam, the two new 2026 Lexus ES 350h versions will use a hybrid powertrain with a 2.5L four-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor, for a total output of 244 horsepower.
Meanwhile, the 2026 Lexus ES 500e is equipped with a powerful 338-horsepower electric motor, all-wheel drive, and a 75 kWh battery. The car is expected to have a maximum range of 530 km on a single charge according to WLTP standards.
According to a sales consultant at the dealership, the 2026 Lexus ES will be priced between 2.36 and 3.14 billion VND, unchanged from the previous version currently sold in Vietnam. The deposit for this model is 157 million VND.
