Nissan has previewed the 2027 Z facelift, marking the first update for the RZ34 since its introduction. The refreshed model features a revised exterior, minor interior updates, and mechanical changes aimed at improving ride and handling.
At the front, the 2027 Z adopts a more angular bumper design and a grille opening that more closely resembles the Z NISMO, continuing the brand’s “G-nose” styling theme. Overall length has increased by 30 mm. New wheel designs are also introduced. Aerodynamic performance has been improved, with front lift reduced by 3.3 percent and drag reduced by 1 percent compared to the outgoing model.
A new exterior color, Unryu Green, joins the palette. The color is inspired by Grand Prix Green, previously seen on the original S30-generation Z. Inside, the cabin gains a new tan two-tone interior option.
Mechanical updates focus on the suspension. The RZ34 continues to use monotube shock absorbers, but the piston diameter has been increased from 40 mm to 45 mm as part of the facelift. Nissan says the larger piston improves road-following ability and enhances ride comfort during everyday driving.
The powertrain remains unchanged. The facelifted Nissan Z continues to use the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter VR30DDTT V6 engine, producing 400 hp and 475 Nm of torque.
