Subaru Corporation and its motorsport arm, Subaru Tecnica International (STI), will exhibit at Tokyo Auto Salon 2026, running from January 9 to 11 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

At the Subaru/STI booth, the focus will be on vehicles that highlight Subaru’s performance-oriented lineup. The display centers on Subaru’s “Performance Scene,” showcasing both road cars and competition vehicles. The exhibit models are based on the Levorg, WRX S4, and Impreza for the Japanese market, as well as several motorsport entries.
On the racing side, Subaru will unveil an all-new race car for the Super Taikyu Series 2026. Also on display will be the Subaru BRZ GT300 for the 2026 Super GT season and the Subaru WRX VBH race car competing in the 2026 Japan Rally Championship.
The exhibit vehicle lineup includes the Levorg STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance, WRX S4 STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance, Impreza ST-H STI Performance Edition with Plus Package, the new Super Taikyu Series 2026 race car, the Subaru BRZ GT300 2026, and the Subaru WRX VBH Japan Rally Championship race car.
The Levorg STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance is based on the Levorg STI Sport EX grade. It is finished in an exclusive Sunrise Yellow body color and features black exterior elements, including matte-black 18-inch aluminum wheels, front face accents, door mirrors, and a roof antenna. Inside, it is equipped with RECARO front seats with yellow perforated upholstery and a suede-like instrument panel. The model also includes additional Subaru genuine accessories and STI performance parts.
The WRX S4 STI Sport R-Black Limited II STI Performance is based on the WRX S4 STI Sport R EX grade and also comes in Sunrise Yellow. Exterior highlights include matte black 18-inch aluminum wheels, black door mirrors, and a black roof antenna. The interior features RECARO front seats with yellow perforated upholstery and a suede-like instrument panel, along with Subaru genuine accessories and STI performance parts.
The Impreza ST-H STI Performance Edition with Plus Package is based on the Impreza ST-H grade. It incorporates STI performance parts developed through motorsport activities and is designed to enhance driving dynamics, including ride comfort and handling stability, while giving the Impreza a more aggressive appearance.
Through its Tokyo Auto Salon 2026 display, Subaru and STI aim to showcase their latest performance-focused road cars and reinforce their ongoing involvement in domestic and international motorsport.
